Freedom Fighters Therapy LLC is a fast-growing faith-based group therapy practice in Dayton, OH, Milton, Florida, and San Antonio, Texas specializing in trauma and reintegration therapy for veterans, military, and first responders. We also offer therapy for the general population in Dayton, Ohio, Milton, Florida, and San Antonio, Texas and within the state of Ohio, Florida, and Texas (via online therapy). Pastors and chaplains are on staff to counsel across state lines.

CURRENT OPENINGS
FEE-FOR-SERVICE ROLE
We’re currently hiring for a fee-for-service role at Freedom Fighters Therapy LLC, both telehealth therapy and in-person therapy positions at our main office in Englewood, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for LPC to obtain their LPCC license and LICDC license and experience.
Preference is given for full-time positions (25 clinical hours per week).
Duties
Provide psychotherapy services to a caseload minimum of 25 clients, including individuals, couples, and families. (It may take 1-2 months to build your caseload, so be prepared to have a smaller caseload upfront)
Maintains case notes, logs, and all required documentation within 24 hours of sessions. Submit required case notes to VA hospital.
Case management includes care coordination, collaborating with referral sources, and connecting clients to care.
Requirements
At least (2) years of experience in assessment, treatment planning, and providing psychotherapy for individual, couples, and/or family therapy.
Education, training, and demonstrated success in providing CBT, logotherapy, trauma-informed care, and Christian counseling and utilizing a mix of multimodal tenets.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of mental health issues surrounding military, police, or other first responders.
Addiction and eating disorder treatment (additional training in this domain will be required)
Possess an LPCC, LICDC, or LISW credential in the State of Ohio
Be willing to host a workshop or webinar in the first year.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Comfortable working remotely and in-person
Organized and able to submit progress notes and respond to emails promptly.

Availability
Open to taking on a caseload of 25-30 clients per week for full-time or no less than 10 per week for contract work.
Be available to see clients on at least (1) weekend day, early mornings, and evenings.
